House Guidelines Welcome to the 4114 by the Bay! We want everyone to enjoy a fun, safe, and relaxing stay. Please help us care for the home by following these simple guidelines. General - No smoking or vaping inside the home. - No pets unless approved in writing before your stay. - Quiet Hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. - No parties or events without prior approval. - Registered guests only for overnight stays. Game Room - The game room has its own dedicated air conditioner controlled by a remote. - For the best performance, please keep the temperature between 68°F and 72°F. - Enjoy the games and activities, and please return all pieces and equipment to their proper place when finished. Thermostats & Climate Control - The home is equipped with a smart thermostat connected to door and window sensors. - If doors or windows are left open for an extended period, the air conditioning may automatically turn off to protect the system. - Please keep doors and windows closed while the air conditioning is running. Kitchen - There is no garbage disposal. Please use the sink strainers and place food waste in the trash. - Feel free to use the spices and pantry staples provided. - If you'd like to leave unopened food items or cleaning supplies for future guests, we always appreciate the kindness. - Please wash and return all dishes, cookware, and utensils to the cabinets before checkout. Pool Safety - Swim at your own risk. - Children must always be supervised around the pool. - No diving. The pool is shallow (approximately 3–5 feet deep). - No glass containers in or around the pool area. - Please do not adjust or operate any pool equipment. - Please keep pool toys, floats, towels, and other objects away from the pool skimmer. Blocking the skimmer can damage the pool equipment and affect water circulation. - When you're finished enjoying the pool, please return floats and toys to their designated storage area. - You're welcome to use the BCONE Pool Alarm for added peace of mind when children are present. Instructions are provided with the device. Backyard & Grill - Please keep the charcoal grill away from the home and patio while in use. - Clean the grill after use so it's ready for the next guests. - Please return outdoor games and patio furniture to their proper place after use. Trash Collection - Trash pickup days are Tuesday and Friday. *** If your stay includes either of these pickup days, please place the outdoor trash bin at the curb on Monday evening or Thursday evening.*** This simple step helps prevent overflowing trash and keeps the property clean and welcoming for everyone. They work quickly and respectfully to ensure everything is ready for you and future guests. Checking out: - Wash and put away all dishes, cookware, and utensils. - Place all bagged trash in the outdoor trash bin. - Lock all doors and windows. - Set the main thermostat to 72°F. - Turn off the game room air conditioner. - Double-check for personal belongings, including chargers, electronics, sunglasses, and keys.
