This 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo (approximately 600 sq. ft.) includes a queen sleeper sofa, fully equipped updated kitchen, spacious living Located at Polynesian Village, you can park the car and walk to the beach, Pier Park, restaurants, shopping, groceries, and local favorites. The community also offers a pool, grills, and shuffleboard. Start the morning with coffee on the private patio overlooking the lake, spend the day at the beach or pool, treat yourself to dining at pier park then end your day with sunsets, or a quiet evening in. To help everyone enjoy a peaceful, comfortable, and relaxing stay, please observe the following: No smoking or vaping inside the condo. No pets unless approved in writing before your stay. Please respect the quiet atmosphere of Polynesian Village, especially during evening and early morning hours. No parties or events. Registered guests only for overnight stays. Rinse sand from your feet and beach gear before entering the condo to help keep the space clean. Wash and return all dishes, cookware, and utensils to the cabinets before checkout. Use only HE (High Efficiency) detergent in the washer. Treat the condo with care. If something is accidentally damaged, please let us know as soon as possible.
